Our 5-layer, non-stick coating has been engineered to outlast traditional non-stick coatings to ensures hassle-free, clean cooking perfection for years to come.
Each layer has a carefully chosen blend of resin and reinforcing minerals like diamond, exclusively selected for their strength and durability. Combining small and large particles in a unique 2-layer 'Splatter Coat' to strengthen and enhance the adhesion for the topcoat to produce a durable friction-free, scratch-resistant cooking surface.

Hammer Pans are made using a premium dual-layer construction, with a high-grade stainless-steel base bonded to a precision forged aluminium body for outstanding durability and the ultimate cooking performance.
This process creates a pan that heats-up quickly on all hobs, including induction, and requires less heat to cook at higher temperatures, due to efficient heat conduction across the whole base, which eliminates hot spots and ensures total temperature control and heat retention for fast, even, professional results.
