In these unprecedented and challenging times, I wanted to update you on what JML are doing to continue to deliver our usual, award-winning service whilst doing our best to safeguard our employees and our customers.
The good news is that we’re still here, working hard to deliver our products to you as quickly as possible and helping to continue to make your everyday a little easier, something that’s more important now than ever.
YOUR ORDERS: Our South Shields Call Centre and Customer Care team are still here taking orders, answering your calls, tweets, Facebook posts and emails so we can responding to your queries and requests as quickly as we can. If you have any questions, we’re here for you 24/7 on Freephone 0808 206 0600 (UK ONLY).
DELIVERIES: Our South Shields distribution centre, along with our courier partners, continue to work hard at getting your orders to you as quickly as
possible. We are still offering next working day delivery on orders before 2 pm and FREE deliveries on orders over £45.

LOOKING AFTER US AND YOU: All of our staff that can work from home are now doing so. For the small but essential group of team members working in our South Shields Call Centre and Warehouse, they do so in as safe an environment as possible, practising strict hygiene and maximum social distancing measures. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to ensure we continue to protect the health and safety of our staff and customers while following the latest government advice.
