VacPack Fresh is a powerful and effective food vacuum sealer, but is portable, handheld, very easy to use and, unlike bulky worktop vacuum sealers, it stores away in a drawer when not in use. Removing the air that surrounds food inhibits growth of bacteria, mould and yeast, because these and other spoilage micro-organisms need oxygen to grow.
