Clever Cane is so much more than just a walking cane, this incredible self-supporting, lightweight but strong cane will give you added support, when standing or sitting, as well as increasing your mobility over surfaces you might otherwise avoid. You'll also enjoy peace-of-mind, thanks to an inbuilt alarm to ward of unwelcome strangers or signal for help if you're in distress. There's even a light so you can see locks, switches and other details hidden by darkness.

Most canes are really no more than a stick, their thin, pointy end is not something you should be balanced on when trying to support your weight. They can easily slip on shiny tiled floors or wet surfaces or get stuck between paving slabs, stones and grates. Not to mention sinking into soft earth and sand, leaving you stranded, or even fallen and helpless.

Clever Cane is so much more than a cane because it takes care of you before you've even stood up to walk!

With a super-secure, three-toed rubber foot, connected by a specially engineered hinge, Clever Cane actually stands up by itself! You can leave it standing while you use both hands without having to prop it against a wall or yourself. Better still, it acts as a genuine third foot for stability and support while you walk and even as you stand or sit. Clever Cane's rubber base spreads your weight through the three rubber toes and pivoted joint so you can tackle those uncertain, uneven surfaces like gravel, tiles and wet slippery streets with confidence.

Plus, there's a clever foam-covered second handle that folds out at a lower level so you've got a handle in each hand to help you stand or sit easily and comfortably with no fear of a fall.

And, when you're safely relaxed and need it no more, clever Cane folds up and fastens securely for lightweight, easy storage!

But that's not all!

Clever Cane doesn't just keep you safe from falls. Placed right beneath your thumb, for instant access, it a button that sounds an alarm. If you feel threatened or unsafe, or if you need assistance, just press that alarm button and alert people to your predicament.

There's even a bright 4 bulb LED light set in the upper handle that faces forward and is also operated by your thumb, so you can clearly see locks, steps, puddles, buttons- anything that might be hard to see in the dark. So forget fumbling with keys and switches in the dark or trying to read small print on timetables and signs. Just point the handle and turn on the light!
