  “I purchased the Halogen oven in September 2010 after recommendation from my parents-in-law. It has been fantastic; 2 weeks ago it just stopped working I telephoned JML and explained, the lady I spoke to told me to return it. I returned last Saturday and I have received a new one today. So very pleased with JML. I have even cooked boiled eggs in my Halogen Oven without water and the yolk was lovely and runny and the white set, great for dipping your solders in!!! Just put your un-cooked egg on the lower rack for between 4-8 minutes depending on size of egg. Also you don't use as much electricity with a Halogen Oven. Go on, try it for yourself.”

  “Over the last 6 or 7 years I have had 5 of the above appliances. When they work the Halogen Oven is the best kitchen tool I have ever used but they all seemed to break down one to two months after the Guarantee ran out and it was always a failure with the lamp. I kept buying and I now have a Halogen Oven that is older than two years a record for me. The reason I only give 3 stars is the very poor construction, if not for this factor a star rating of 5 would have been given.”

  “Purchased one of these halogen ovens from JML when they first stocked them. Wonderful - especially on saving electricity costs and speed of use. Stupidly I gave it away to a woman who had just lost her job - what a big mistake! Since then have had to use my big oven but am hoping to get a little bit of money for my birthday next week so I will be on the phone immediately to purchase another halogen cooker from JML . I am 77 years old and honestly think this is the best thing a person can buy for their kitchen.”

  “I have two halogen ovens - one for home and the other for my caravan. They are brilliant, but after 15 months of constant use I had a problem with the one in the house. I was however not worried because I had taken out the additional warranty. I got in touch with customer services and they instructed what to do. I sent it back to JML and within 10 days I had a new one delivered as well as a refund on the postage that it cost me to send the oven to to them. As far as I am concerned the customer service is first class. Well done JML!”
