  “I am elderly and have used this item for a few years and find it very effective in keeping my upper body and abs toned as well as they can be at my age.   “Wow took about 15 minutes to fathom out how to get it going without it stopping but this is fantastic, as soon as you start you can feel the muscles starting to work and surprised just how easy it is yet gets you sweating.   “I love it, you rarely find a product works as advertised but this one does. It is so easy to use and you can really feel it work after a few minutes (they say do three 5 min sessions at first, but I could only do a couple). You really feel like it is doing you some good, and best of all you can do it while watching the TV.”

  “I had been looking for something to tone my upper body and arms for some time and when I saw the spin gym, I had to have it. I have not been disappointed and since using it I have found a marked difference in upper body tone and less flab in the "bingo wings". I would highly recommend this to all busy people who don't have time to go to the gym. I will be trying the workout for abs next.”
