“I am very disappointed in this product, it makes lovely smoothies but that's about it. I thought - great, I will make some coleslaw, put in some carrots but it did not grate them, then the same with onions - it just made them into a pulp. If I still had the box I would return this to you, sorry it is a very disappointing, waste of money for me.”

“Brilliant. I love it. It is easy to use and easy to clean and I am consuming more fruit and vegetables as a result. I like being able to make drinks in the mugs and I use the lids to store the drinks for later. Extracting juice is easy, as is chopping up left over vegetables to put into homemade soups. Grating cheese is a doddle, though my onions were pulped rather than chopped. I am looking forward to experimenting further and would not want to be without it now.”

“I really feel let down, despite all the benefits shown in the publicity. The product arrived and on opening the packaging the product quality was disappointing. I have used the product on several occasions since delivery some 4 weeks ago and so far I haven't had a single success. I tried the juicer for the first time this morning and ended up with pulped beetroot covering a large part of the kitchen and to add insult to injury I have just cleaned it and noticed that the blade is starting to rust. Can it get any worse?”

“My husband and I spotted this product on a shopping channel one night. We are currently 8 months pregnant, and were discussing ways to create our own smoothies and purees for the baby. This product was dispatched and received (in perfect condition) in less than a week. My husband and I have enjoyed a fresh smoothie every morning. The advert definitely does the Magic Bullet justice - it really is as easy as it appears! I used to hate the concept of cleaning out current blender, so fresh fruit smoothies were out! But now, it is so simple!! I am very impressed with this product...and the fact it takes up little to no space in my kitchen, there's no excuse to not have one yourself! If I could rate it higher than 5, I would!!”

“I meant to purchase the Magic Bullet a long time ago, and I should have done so. It is absolutely a must item in kitchen. First thing I did was make a paste from Green chili. Three different ingredients - only green chilies and chilies, garlic and ginger. Put those in ice cube trays. Now I use this in my Indian cooking. Even chili seeds were pulped. I also made different Indian style chutneys, various dips and hummus. Usually those things take hours to make. Could also make batter for Indian pancakes. Next I will try making dishes from Australian Master Chef. I will be trying other recipes soon – I just can't wait. It takes hours of preparation. I am always in a hurry, but now I have no excuse for 'quick snacks from the shop’. A wonderful product - 5+++ ratings!”

“Received my Magic Bullet this week and the second one I can’t wait to give to my sister for her birthday in September. Have used it every day since receiving and love it. We have eaten and drunk such healthy food and drinks. It really fires the imagination. Makes great coffees too so have been working through each type - the only one missing from the book is Latte? The recipes are great but a little misleading in a couple of cases - not clear. Muffins in point, when putting ingredients into the cup it says 1 and 1/2 cups of 'any baking mix'. As I make everything from scratch - does this mean I have to buy a muffin mix to add to the other ingredients? Small criticism but it creeps up a few times in the book. Book needed better proof reading I think. I ordered extra set of mugs with rings but they came without lids. After a phone call with a member of your staff I have now sent a small cheque for lids for the mugs but as they were supplied with lids in the original Magic Bullet box I feel they should be supplied too within the Box of 6 too. Should not have to pay extra when buying extra mugs. You would want to make drinks and maybe keep them cool, also if drinking outside in the garden would want to put covers on them to keep out flies etc. in the summer. Otherwise delighted with the product and know it will be well used. ”

“The magic bullet is great for making smoothies with, doing breadcrumbs and whipping cream. No matter how much I practice, chopping anything like onions is impossible because it just blends everything at the blade to a pulp and the rest doesn't circulate so doesn't chop. I have tried all the methods in the book and haven't over filled it so I am convinced the magic bullet isn't for chopping, even when you try the methods in the book. I bought it half price and I wouldn't have been happy had I paid full price. I also wish I had read the independent reviews away from the JML site before purchasing. Great for blending smoothies and the like but chopping is a no no.”

“As of yet I have not been able to use my Magic Bullet due to my left arm and hand being 'out of action' until I have an operation to repair a torn tendon in my shoulder. As I am left-handed this has made life very difficult for me. Then I saw the Magic Bullet and I knew straight away that once I have my operation and have to wear my arm in a sling for 6 weeks, the Magic Bullet will be my salvation and the thing that will allow me to do my daily cooking. “The Magic Bullet is FAST. It took me a few times to get used to the speed but now I've mastered it and I love it (read & follow the instructions and you can't go wrong). Preparing meals is so quick and easy. Breakfast is a breeze. Soup is super - fast and so tasty. Shakes and smoothies take seconds. I found a recipe for Peanut Butter using the Magic Bullet and it's fantastic. Ready in 3 minutes maximum. Cleaning up is easy too. Sometimes a quick rinse is enough. Other times I use warm water and get the Magic Bullet to clean up within a few seconds. And I can always put the cups etc in the dishwasher. I needed a new blender but the Magic Bullet is so much more. I use it every day.”
