“I bought the Dri Buddi as I was fed up with having damp washing hanging on the radiators and on a clothes horse and I was not disappointed. It was very easy to assemble, very easy to use and works well if you don't over fill it. The clothes dry in a couple of hours, whereas before they would be hanging round for days before they were dry- I can now wash, dry and iron all in one day, however, I would not recommend it for towels as they would take considerably longer to dry. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you JML.”

“Very pleased with the Dri Buddi. Dries the clothes very well, is very quiet and takes up very little space. Didn't replace a broken tumble drier due to rising electricity costs, but needed something for the times when clothes were needed in a hurry or when a large amount of clothes have been washed, then the Dri Buddi comes into its own. It’s also useful as a hanging rack for ironing, Very pleased with the purchase.”

“Excellent product, had one for a few years now, gave it to my son and bought myself a new one and one for my daughter. Easy to use, economical and saves having washing all over the place. Would highly recommend it.”

“Bought this for my 80+ year old mother in law. We've had one for a few years and my wife thinks it's brilliant. So, when ideas for birthday present were required at the same time as one of JML's offers, it was easy. Took it around, assembled and demonstrated it. I now have one very happy relative. Many thanks JML.”

“This is my second Dri Buddi and I would not be without it. it saves having washing hanging up around the home. Is is so quiet and the clothes have a lovely fresh smell. Items when dried do not require much ironing. It is also very cheap to run, not like a tumble drier that eats up your electricity.”

“The Dri Buddi arrived within a few days of ordering and it was on sale, which was even better. Easy to assemble, one pole was a wee bit wobbly, but maybe I didn't have it on the right thread, otherwise great to have as my tumble dryer wasn't working. It is quiet to run and reduces your ironing time or no ironing. I will be taking it in my caravan on holiday as it doesn't take up much room.”

“It is fine for drying a small number of items (I got between 6 and 8 items on it plus a circular hanger with pegs for my undies and socks) and I am glad I got it for my work clothes and my underwear. Would not attempt to use it for large or heavy items. It is not whisper quiet but it is not too loud. I wish the notches to hold the hangers were deeper. Heats up instantly and starts to dry - it helps if you can turn the items around part way through drying to get all areas dried. Quite happy with it and will come in handy in this miserable weather.”

“I have already submitted a review when I ordered "Dri Buddi" for myself last year. I would not be able to do without it! No more wet washing hanging around and no ironing. I am so pleased that I have bought my daughters and grandaughters one as a Christmas present 2012 and they are over the moon. And I have ordered another one two weeks ago. I agree with what others are saying regarding hangers, but no problem, they can be purchased cheaply enough from discount places. Cheaper to run than a tumble dryer plus with this weather it has kept the house warm as it dries the clothes, which is another bonus. I have recommended to friends.”

“I saw this product some time ago and thought it too expensive to run. However, we changed our minds and ordered one. It works well, I am pleased with its perfomance and I would recommend to a friend. The only thing you should be aware of is how much room you have in which to use it. The picture in the advert gives a clue to proportion.”

“This item was fairly easy to put together although as other users have said, you do have to be careful with the threads. I bought this because I have a very small kitchen with no room for a spinner or tumble dryer and central heating has packed up so cannot dry clothes off on radiators. I have put about a dozen items on it and set the timer for an hour. Apart from jeans and towels, everything else was dry and smelt lovely! Would be great for a caravan or camping holiday although I think most clothes would need to be spun first. Would have given it 5 stars had it come with hangers! Its a bit like buying something battery operated and then having to buy the batteries! Having said that, I am sure I will get plenty of use out of it.”

“I purchased a dry buddi for my daughter. As she has two children and a husband to wash for, plus a full time job, she always had washing hanging around the house. It’s been a god send. I hadn’t actually seen it erected until yesterday and noticed a dent in the machine part. My daughter said she didn’t say anything because it still works ok. I will ask customer services if a replacement could be arranged.”

“The Dri Buddi is very quiet. The timer is useful, else it would be easy to forget it's on. You cannot hang more than about 6 adult size garments in it to allow the air to circulate freely. They claimed 18 items, must be baby clothes! The Dri Buddy does NOT result in dry clothes which don't need ironing, you have to use a tumble dryer briefly first to achieve this. Overall if I'd known this I would not have bought one.”

I bought this 2 weeks ago and today went to use it and the zip has completely gone on it. I have emailed customer services and now await a reply. I really hope this gets posted as instead of a plastic zip why not use a metal one as they are less likely to break.”

“My Mum (bless her), tired of seeing my weekly laundry on airers and radiators decided to purchase this as a Christmas gift for me. I love it!!! It dries all my clothes and that of the teenagers lovely and ironing is kept to a minimum now, thank goodness. It’s easy to construct and is pride of place in my flat in a corner of the hallway for all to see purely as I didn’t want the hassle of taking it apart and putting it back together when I need to use it. It’s not at all noisy, so before I retire to bed, I put it on and hey presto clothes are dry and ready to wear in the morning. A great buy and an even better gift for those who have limited space. Thank you!!!”

“My hubby ordered this for me yesterday. We paid an extra £3.00 for delivery and it arrived this morning. Very fast delivery. Have tried this out since I got it, it took a whole machine load. I put it on for 2 hours and all my stuff came out bone dry. Half way through I turned the clothes upside down so the bottoms of stuff were getting dry as well. I checked my electric meter before I started the Dry Buddy. I also had on at the same time a washing machine, 3 PCs, TV, freezer and fridge plus boiling kettle twice and I was amazed how much electricity I used, just 47p. And my room was nice and warm as well. I would recommend this to anyone. Faults, none as yet.”

“I read a lot of the reviews before I purchased the Dri Buddi, therefore, I did not have unrealistic expectations of it drying as quickly as a tumble dryer. I have only had mine a short time and have used it every day, it is brilliant! I have 3 boys and 2 teenage girls and loads of washing! It does what it says, it dries clothes. Some things take longer to dry, such as towels and hooded jackets. Turn tracksuit bottoms inside out and the pockets dry properly. I do not want to go back to covering all the radiators and using my fold up airer again. I have already convinced a few other people to buy one.”

“I was a bit wary when I purchased this item after reading some of the negative reviews, but I am so happy to say that the "DRI BUDDI" was a great buy especially when trying to dry clothes in our very wet climate up in Scotland. I have a traditional tumble drier which I use for drying towels, but I use the Dri Buddi for all of my other clothes - I give them an extra spin in the washer, and then place them on hangers in the drier. I normally give them about 90mins and its great to take the clothes out and they are all dried, makes ironing easier too, so for me the "DRI BUDDI" was a great buy.”

“What a brilliant purchase! I bought this as we don't have room for a tumble drier (and I loathed to get a tumble drier anyway as they're so costly to run) and I needed something that would dry clothes relatively quickly, without causing a lot of damp in the flat I live in....especially in the winter months where you'd need to keep the heating on to make sure the clothes dry. This is great! I make sure I put the laundry onto an extra spin cycle and then put the clothes in the Dri Buddy. I use my son's clothes hangers to put clothes on and I peg socks onto the hangars. It normally dries clothes in about 2-3hrs. I stick it on in the evening and the noise isn't loud (and it warms the room too). I think as long as you don't over fill it, then its fine. If I put in loads of heavier clothes, of course it would take longer to dry. With jeans or large towels, I just turn them over on the hangar after an hour or two. I really recommend this....plus it makes for quite a cool talking point when mates come over!”

“I have been using the Dri Buddi now for the past two weeks and have found it to be great. I love the fact that you just hang your wet clothes straight from washer to Dri Buddi and from there direct to your wardrobe. Minimal ironing of garments required and very quiet motor which is perfect for night time use. I have a 3 month old baby who can sleep soundly in his buggy in the kitchen when I’m doing my laundry or above it upstairs without being disturbed. Great product and very satisfied with my service from JML.”

“I have given this a rating of 4 rather than 5 due to the space inside being slightly on the small side for adult clothing. After trying various different ways of hanging the washing, I found that using just 3 of the 6 arms made the drying much more successful and if you place the lighter items towards the tent and the heavier ones towards the middle, everything seems to dry much more quickly. The drying time takes on average 2 hours so not quick, but a lot quicker than airers in our glorious English climate.”

“The Dri Buddi is absolutely brilliant, especially when it is cold. It is energy efficient, quiet and keeps my house warm too. The good thing is that the Dri Buddi really does cut down on your ironing time because the clothes are hanging straight. The only disadvantage is that the clothes don't have enough space between each other so the air doesn't exactly flow evenly. During drying, sometimes clothes can slide together from the special hooks. Other than that, a wonderful product. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you JML!!”

“I do not usually give feedback, but on this occasion I felt I had to. This product is fantastic (WOW!). It is easy to put up and is a godsend for anyone who has little space in which to dry mountains of washing. The Dri-buddi does not take up much space and is so efficient in dying your clothes quickly without using large amounts of electricity (much better than a drier). You can dry a large amount of clothing at one time and they stay fresh as stated. Would not be without it now!! Only down side I can find is that you cannot buy the hangers as advertised in the ad on JML - had to buy from another source. This is a must for anyone. “This unit will dry things but not the way other reviewers have discussed. Items on hangers dry ok but bigger items like towels and sheets do not dry well. They have to hang over the unit and the top stays damp while the sides and lower dry quicker. Towels dry rock hard as they need the friction of a tumble to soften them up.”

“I'm a gadget freak and I had heard about this over the years and finally I took the plunge. It’s very quiet and I forget when it’s done! I have to say that the drying seems quite quick but it is hard to tell because while some parts dry very well (clothes parts nearest to the centre) the clothes parts at the bag edge stay damp. This may be due to the fact that my hangers are standard size and not like the small white ones with the model in your image. Didn't notice if the clothes were softer really but after turning the clothes a few times at least they dried. I think not having hangers to go with the product is very bad forward thinking on behalf of the designers. Assembly was seriously tedious because of the tiny threads on centre pole but it has stayed up so... As for condensation, I didn't really notice it but definitely the nice warmth. I didn't give it a chance to release much condensation in my rented Apt to be honest as I decided to use my two sachet bags of rechargeable (by Microwave) dehumidifiers I got from Lidl or Aldi. I place these on the inner most metal rods near top and no condensation was seen! I've only used this 3 times so far so ill keep using it and my usual Hangaway tripod I’ve had for years together.”

After spending £120 on getting my tumble drier repaired twice I remembered an advert for the Dri Buddi and decided to buy one as a short term solution for the summer months. After realising how effective it was, I decided not to buy another tumble drier and decided to buy a second Dri Buddi so they could run alongside each other.
