You will join the retail sales team and work alongside the Retail Management team in support of the smooth running of a portfolio of blue chip accounts. You will be pro-active in providing full administrative support in connection with sales and stock data. You will be responsible for liaising with store managers, collecting and analysing data, advising on stock requirements and ensuring orders are delivered in accordance with the promotional timetable. The role involves detailed work using Excel, building good customer relationships and liaising with our field sales team.

We are seeking a team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate Excel to an intermediate level. You will be highly organised and be able to prioritise your own work without the need for constant supervision. You will be enthusiastic and motivated with possess excellent communication skills both written and oral and be capable of fast, accurate work. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business administration or marketing or have previous experience in a similar role.

Multi-Channel Sales Team

Head Office based (North London)

IT SUPPORT ROLE – 1 year fixed term contract

Salary c£18,000 + Bonus + Benefits

You will work with the Online Account Manager in supporting the development of our online B2B presence. You will manage the online listings within our existing multichannel retailers and will become involved in building new online integrations with key retail platforms. Your role will involve data input, sales and stock monitoring and liaising externally with online development teams to ensure our products are in stock.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant IT qualification and be interested in ecommerce and website development as well as an understanding of JML products in the marketplace. You will possess excellent communication skills both oral and written as you will be working with external and internal partners and will be required to form good working relationships. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to manage their own time in order to focus on achieving results and key deliverables. HTML would be an advantage.

Direct Channel Operations Executive

Direct Channel Operations Assistant

Salary c£18k-£25k plus Bonus + Benefits depending on role and previous experience

Reporting to the Channel Operations Manager will join the Direct Marketing team in ensuring the Direct to Consumer (D2C) systems and operations run smoothly. You will focus on making sure product briefs contain as much information as possible and are clearly laid out for our sales, customer service, marketing and fulfilment teams. You will liaise with the ops/purchasing teams and IT to ensure products are set up in good time and accurately on AX. You will be the eyes and ears for the Tyne Dock teams and their main point of contact at JMLH briefing new marketing initiatives and new products.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the elements that make up the D2C business. You will be highly organised and an excellent communicator. We are seeking a process driven person who has excellent attention to detail. You will also work in conjunction with the Channel Operations Manager to schedule our TV channel output, product based promotions (Super Deals), OTP activity and product for inclusion in the catalogue. It will be your responsibility to then brief the marketing team and the media team for follow up. You will also support the Channel Operations Manager with sales and promotion analysis to help make future activity decisions so strong excel and analytical skills would be an advantage.

Working in our small friendly state of the art Contact Centre within the Port Of Tyne Estate, Tyne Dock, South Shields we are seeking an exceptional Inbound Sales Advisor, ideally with experience in telesales, upselling and cross selling and working to targets. The role will involve taking product orders over the phone. You are required to be friendly, building rapport with JML & The Store customers to establish their wants and needs to up sell our range of services including offering our loyalty club membership programmes. Successful candidates will need to be personable, competitive and thrive working in a sales environment as bonuses are based on individual sales performance.

Salary within the region of £16k-£20k + Bonus + Benefits

Reporting to the Network Administrator, this newly created role will provide back up support to all users on software, hardware and associated peripherals based from our Tyne Dock Contact and Fulfilment Centre in South Shields, Tyne & Wear.

This is a hands on role where you will be responsible for resolving IT related faults quickly and efficiently. You will be fully trained in our call capture and fulfilment software and Avaya telecom system and will assist in troubleshooting and dealing with first line faults. Any previous experience of telecoms, order capture and fulfilment systems is an advantage.

You will be given exposure to a broad range of IT related projects and activities and the ideal candidate will require at least one year’s experience or relevant qualification. You should also possess good technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007/2010 and Windows XP/7. Experience of HP, Dell and Lenovo is also desirable. Knowledge of ERP systems and AX is desirable but not essential.

We are seeking a team player with excellent communications skills along with an organised and flexible approach to work. Evidence of providing exceptional customer service and working in a helpdesk environment is a must for success in this role.
